Our researchers are working at multiple levels, from chemical synthesis of potential bioactive derivatives of natural compounds to the development of cell and animal models to study the therapeutic relevance: additional chemical synthesis; pharmacokinetic profiling: evaluation of susceptibility to metabolism by microsomes and evaluation of relevant pharmacokinetic data (half-life, clearance, volume of distribution) in animals; and еру search and study of anticancer and antiviral compounds using cell lines in vitro
